After a successful NBL basketball career alongside a business education at the University of Hawaii and Point Loma Nazarene University, in San Diego, California, Travis chose a career path in Real Estate over 20 years ago. In 2012, Travis and Dalena opened their first Real Estate office, beginning with 45 property managements, and sold the business in 2020 when it had grown to 850 properties. Now focused on exceeding client expectations again with Enable, honesty and integrity are reflected in Travis’ daily life and professional dealings in commercial, residential, and industrial property. As Director / Principal, Travis has assembled an experienced team who are passionate, authentic, reliable, and driven. The team is an asset to Enable’s culture of emphasis on others and quality relationships.
Although retired from professional basketball, Travis now enjoys coaching the teams of his children, as well as the U/14 Lakeside Boys WABL team.

James has been interested in property from a very young age, and was focused on getting into Real Estate the moment he graduated high school. Commencing his career almost 14 years ago, James quickly proved to be a valuable addition to the Enable team through his attention to detail, professionalism, and personability.
With a great interest in property, comes a keen eye for style, detail and design – James is always looking for the potential and the best attributes in each and every property and therefore portrays this in the marketing.
With profound experience in all aspects of real estate since he began his journey, James has formerly been involved in property management, strata, commercial leasing, commercial selling and residential selling, which he holds a strong passion for - building an extensive skill set and wealth of knowledge along the way.
Having a concise understanding that selling a property is not just a transaction, he feels honoured to share his expertise, experience and local knowledge with his clients, allowing him to achieve the best outcome for them, while he aims to build a relationship that will last a lifetime during the process.
What can you expect James to be doing in his spare time? Well, if he’s not in the garden, renovating property or watching architectural content, James enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.

Dalena has a degree in Commerce with majors in Marketing and Management, and a solid understanding of business and consumer behaviour through her work in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. Now dedicated to Enable, Dalena had previously opened her first Real Estate office with Travis in 2012, selling the business in 2020. With a zest for life, Dalena loves the dynamic everyday challenges that come with running a business. With over 18 years in the industry, she still wakes up excited to go to work — excited to encourage her staff, sow into Enable, and develop herself professionally. She knows her clients are real people and works hard to develop authentic relationships where clients feel like family. Dalena oversees the business, property management and accounts departments.

Although Michael calls Perth home, he originally hails from Pittsburgh, USA. From sports to education, and now Real Estate, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our company. Michael has over twelve years’ Real Estate accounts experience and is kept busy with our clients’ money. He ensures it’s handled professionally and promptly — and as a true gentleman, he’s the perfect man for the job.
Before joining us at Enable, Michael had a highly accomplished career as a professional basketball player — a path which took him all over the world. He still loves the game and volunteers as a coach in his spare time (and it certainly gives he and Travis something to talk about).
